To enable completion of the claim without delay and minimise damage or injury it is important that the following steps be taken:
- Take all reasonable steps following an accident or loss to protect the property or person from any further injury.
- Do not admit liability or take any action which could be construed as an admission of liability.
- Advise to your Account Manager immediately of any claim or potential claim.
- Complete all claims documents, and if any assessor is required, assist him/her with their enquiries.
- Forward claims documentation, including any supporting documents, without delay to us.
- If you have any queries or experience any difficulties or problems whatsoever, please let your Account Manager know immediately.
